Job Description

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced training professional with at least 4+ years of experience to deliver impactful learning initiatives within a premium jewelry retail environment. The ideal candidate will be a facilitator in the space of product, process & soft skills, A good exposure in instructional design principles and experience tailoring learning solutions for operational and technical teams is essential. Key Responsibilities: Training Delivery: · Deliver engaging and structured in-store ( OJT ) & virtual training sessions. · Facilitate hands-on workshops, role-plays, and real-time case studies to enhance learning. · Incorporate the latest training methodologies. Customer Experience Training: · Educate staff on delivering an exceptional customer journey, from store entry to final purchase. · Conduct training on effective communication, personalized consultations, and handling customer queries. · Ensure all team members comply with SOPS. Performance Monitoring & Feedback: · Regularly visit retail stores to assess training effectiveness and staff performance. · Conduct mock sessions and quality audits as training interventions. · Provide timely feedback and actionable insights to improve staff skills. · Develop assessments to measure knowledge retention and practical application. · Collaborate with managers to identify training needs and skill gaps. Content Development & Upgradation: · Design and maintain training modules, presentations, and manuals based on evolving learning needs. · Stay updated with the latest industry trends and incorporate best practices into training programs. · Create engaging training materials, including videos, quizzes, and interactive content. · Monitor training effectiveness and recommend enhancements for continuous improvement. Continuous Improvement: · Gather feedback from trainees to enhance training effectiveness. · Identify skill gaps and customize training programs accordingly. · Foster a learning culture within the organization by encouraging self-learning and skill enhancement. · Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and techniques to enhance training programs. · Travel to various locations to conduct training as needed. Qualifications & Skills: · Min. 4 years of experience (Retail/ Hospitality) · Strong presentation and communication skills. · Energetic & passionate · Ability to adapt training methods to different learning styles. · Excellent organizational and time-management skills. · Proficiency in Microsoft Office and e-learning platforms. · Willingness to travel extensively. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: Up to ₹1,200,000.00 per year Schedule: Day shift Morning shift Work Location: In person
