Eazy Naukri is currently hiring for one of our prestigious clients on the position of Sr. Executive – Channel Partner for our Sales & Marketing department, based out of Bhubaneswar (BBSR) . In this role, The Channel Partner Onboarding Executive will be responsible for identifying, onboarding, training, and activating new admissions agents (channel partners) onto the Channel Partner Connect platform.. Job Title: Sr. Executive – Channel Partner Required Experience: 1+ years (Fresher with good communication skills will also be considered) location - BBSR, Bhubneshwar, Odisa Expected Joining: Immediate to 15 days Budget: upto 3 LPA+ incentives (Accommodation for out-station candidates) Variable Pay: Earn up to 300% of your annual salary. Job Description: Coordinate the end-to-end onboarding process of new channel partners. Ensure KYC, agreement formalities, and partner profiling are completed. Conduct virtual/in-person training sessions. Share product knowledge and marketing toolkits. Handle partner queries regarding admissions, commissions, and portal usage. Build strong relationships to ensure partner engagement and productivity. Monitor partner performance and assist in improving conversions. Maintain accurate onboarding records and daily activity reports. Coordinate with internal teams for seamless onboarding. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline 1–3 years of experience in partner management, onboarding, customer support, or sales coordination Strong communication and interpersonal skills Familiarity with CRM tools or Excel/Google Sheets Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment Preferred Candidates: Experience in EdTech or the education consulting/admissions industry Knowledge of university admissions processes in India Experience managing channel partners or franchise networks Work Style & Culture: A go-getter who thrives on relationship building and problem-solving. Team player with a customer-first mindset. Willingness to travel occasionally for training and partner engagement events. Open to traveling to the partner university location, if required.
