Role Overview: The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for driving digital growth, performance marketing, and CRM-based remarketing efforts to enhance brand visibility and lead generation. This includes managing SEO, website/app performance, paid media campaigns, and customer engagement strategies to achieve business objectives. The role requires a data-driven approach to optimize conversion rates, reduce Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), and improve Lifetime Value (LTV). Key Responsibilities: 1. D2C Digital Growth Website/App Performance Own the end-to-end digital sales funnel for the Website App to maximize conversions. Analyze website/app performance regularly and implement conversion rate optimization (CRO) strategies (landing page enhancements, UI/UX improvements, CTA optimizations). Drive organic traffic growth through SEO, blog strategy, and content marketing . Track, analyze, and report key digital metrics, including traffic, conversions, and ROI for digital channels. 2. Performance Marketing Agency Coordination Collaborate with Google Ads Meta Ads agencies for lead generation and campaign optimization. Optimize ad spend for maximum ROI and reduce Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) . Implement A/B testing for ads, creatives, and audience segmentation to enhance performance. Manage and optimize remarketing campaigns across Google, Meta, WhatsApp, and Email . 3. CRM Remarketing Across Business Channels Develop and execute lead nurturing and remarketing strategies using Salesforce Marketing Cloud for: D2C Customers (re-engagement, repeat bookings). Partners (Franchise B2B clients) (nurturing, loyalty campaigns). Corporates (lead nurturing and engagement). Hospitals Doctors (digital lead nurturing strategies). Improve customer retention LTV through automated workflows in WhatsApp, SMS, Email Push Notifications by defining customer journeys. Work closely with IT CRM teams to ensure seamless lead tracking, reporting, and analytics . 4. Centralized Sales Revenue Target Achievement Align digital marketing efforts with the overall sales strategy . Drive centralized lead distribution for various sales channels . Collaborate with the sales team call center to improve lead conversion rates . Monitor weekly/monthly KPIs to ensure revenue targets are met. Key Skills Competencies: Strong expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, and Email Marketing . Experience in lead generation and conversion rate optimization . Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce Marketing Cloud preferred) . Hands-on experience in remarketing, customer journeys, retention marketing . Strong data and analytics mindset (Google Analytics, CRM tools, LTV analysis). Ability to collaborate with agencies, sales teams, and IT teams . Experience in the healthcare, diagnostics, or e-commerce industry is a plus. KPIs (Key Performance Indicators): Increase in website/app traffic and conversions . Reduction in Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) and improvement in ROI . Growth in organic traffic and SEO rankings . Lead generation from paid campaigns and digital channels . Customer retention rate and LTV improvement . Effectiveness of remarketing nurturing campaigns (repeat bookings, engagement rates, etc.) . Sales alignment and conversion improvement from digital leads .
