Sr. Executive Fire Safety

Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:- Implement and monitor fire safety and human safety policies in accordance with legal and organizational standards. Conduct risk assessments, fire drills, and mock emergency evacuations . Inspect and maintain all fire safety equipment (hydrants, extinguishers, alarms, sprinklers, etc.) Ensure compliance with factory Act, OSHA, NFPA , and other relevant safety. Develop and deliver safety training programs for employees and contract workers. Investigate and report incidents, near-misses, and unsafe conditions. Maintain updated SOPs, safety manuals, MSDS and other documentation. Coordinate with external bodies for fire audits, inspections, and NOC clearances. Promote a zero-accident culture through awareness and engagement campaigns. Prepare and submit safety reports (daily, monthly, and incident-specific) to management.
