Position: Senior Executive - HR Experience: 5 to 8 years Location: Bannerghatta Road, Bengaluru Education qualification: MBA / MSW in HR Must have Garments or any manufacturing industry experience. Roles and responsibilities Maintaining and updating various MIS reports of HR activities including attrition analysis, Department Costing, HR Dashboards, etc. Employee Data Management and prepare data reports Responsible for streamlining and automating HR operations. To monitor absenteeism and attrition. Stakeholder management Coordinate various employee engagement programs Sourcing candidates through Job portals and other sources. Screen the candidates and share relevant profiles. C&B Checks and approvals for Talent Requisition Applicant tracking system management Skills required Good communication skills in English and Kannda Should be good in MS Excel Must have experience in HR Operations and Talent Acquisition.
