Key Responsibilities: Calculate material requirements based on Bill of Materials (BOM) and orders, and coordinate with the purchasing department for timely procurement. Monitor order processing status, addressing any delays or shortages by collaborating with assembly, purchasing, and storage teams. Prepare and maintain monthly inventory reports to support effective inventory management. Provide regular updates on order processing status to management. Develop production and dispatch schedules to ensure timely delivery. Evaluate current orders to provide accurate delivery dates for new orders. Identify and implement cost reduction strategies.
