Sr Executive/Asst Manager

Job Description

Manage end-to-end export operations, including documentation, logistics coordination, and shipment tracking. Prepare and process export documents in accordance with customs regulations, international laws, and client requirements (e.g., commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin). Liaise with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and shipping lines to ensure timely and cost-effective deliveries. Ensure compliance with international food safety and quality standards (e.g., FDA, HACCP, FSSAI, ISO, etc.). Build and maintain strong relationships with international clients, distributors, and agents. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes in target export markets. Coordinate with internal teams (production, QA, finance, etc.) to ensure product availability and smooth export flow. Assist in negotiating contracts and prices with overseas buyers. Maintain accurate records of export transactions and generate regular reports for management.
