Job Description

Senior Frontend Developer (8+ years FE Development) Key Responsibilities: Code Contribution: Lead the development of high-quality, maintainable, and scalable frontend applications using modern web technologies while being a Individual contributor themselves. Code Review: Conduct comprehensive code reviews, ensuring adherence to best practices, design patterns, and high standards for maintainability and performance. Mentorship & Support: Provide mentorship to junior developers, sharing knowledge, guiding their growth, and helping resolve technical challenges. Encourage best practices for coding, testing, and deployment. Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, UX/UI designers, and backend developers to create seamless, responsive, and user-friendly web applications. Technology Adoption & Optimization: Keep up-to-date with the latest frontend technologies and frameworks. Suggest improvements, tools, or approaches that can enhance performance, scalability, and user experience. Performance Optimization: Work to optimize frontend performance, ensuring fast load times and smooth interactions on all devices. Skills and Qualifications: Must Have: ReactJS: Very Strong Expertise in React.js and modern JavaScript/TypeScript. NextJS: Proficient with Next.js ContentStack CMS: Exposure/Experience in working with ContentStack (or similar headless CMS platforms). Advanced Frontend Technologies: Expertise in building responsive, scalable, and performance-optimized web applications. Testing: Experience with frontend testing frameworks (Jest, Mocha, Cypress, etc.) is must and experience in Test Driven Development Version Control & CI/CD: Strong experience with Git, and familiarity with CI/CD practices. Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving skills, strong communication, and the ability to collaborate effectively in a hybrid work environment. Mentorship Experience: Proven ability to Lead, guide and mentor junior developers, fostering a collaborative environment. Good Communication Skill: Fluent in English and Experience in Cross Cultural communication and collaboration across teams from various countries. Good to Have: GraphQL: Proficient/Knowledge in integrating and consuming data via GraphQL APIs. StoryBook : UI Component Libraries: Experience using Storybook to develop and manage reusable UI components. Nice to Have: Experience with Server-Side Rendering (SSR) and Static Site Generation (SSG) in Next.js. Understanding of web accessibility (WCAG) standards and practices.
