Job Title: Sr. HR Executive Location: Irumbuppalam, Kollam, Kerala (On-site) Job Type: Full-time salary : 35000-55000 Job Summary: We are hiring an experienced SR . HR Executive to manage performance tracking, recruitment, and compliance, with a strong focus on sales team performance management . This is a key on-site role based in Irumbuppalam, Kollam. Key Responsibilities: Drive performance management systems, especially for sales teams Conduct appraisals, maintain performance records, and support goal setting Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding (focus on non-IT & sales roles) Ensure compliance with PF, ESI, Gratuity, labor laws, and audits Maintain employee documentation and use HRMS for attendance and payroll inputs Requirements: Bachelor’s/Master’s in HR or related field 2–5 years of HR generalist experience (1+ year in performance management preferred) Strong in Excel, HRMS tools, and compliance handling Local candidates or those willing to commute to Irumbuppalam only Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Ability to commute/relocate: Kollam, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required) Experience: Human resources management: 2 years (Required) Performance management: 1 year (Required) Recruiting: 1 year (Required) Language: English (Required) Work Location: In person
