Looking Immediate joiners only Role & responsibilities Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy. Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues. Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital. Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization. Manage Performance Appraisal systems for all the departments Nurture a positive working environment. Handle End to End Payroll Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance. Maintain pay plan and benefits program. Ensure legal compliance with all HR Policies, procedures & Legal requirement Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven working experience as an HR manager or other Senior Position People-oriented and results-driven. Demonstrable experience with Human Resources metrics. Hands on KEKA HRMS portal will be added advantage
