Department: Sales (Inside Sales) Designation: Sr. Associate About Kylas: Kylas is a growth engine with a Sales CRM at its core. Kylas CRM is a SaaS based product which helps companies streamline their sales efforts, improve customer relationships, and drive growth. It is a CRM of lead management and workflow automation. It is a fast-growing CRM with 4th Ranked in India within 2 years of commercial launch. Roles Responsibilities: Identify and reach out to potential clients through various channels including phone, email, and social media to generate new business opportunities. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients, addressing their needs and showcasing how Kylas.io solutions can add value. Manage and track sales leads, opportunities, and accounts using our CRM system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, providing exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process. Stay informed about industry trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to effectively position our products and services. Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and updates to the sales manager, highlighting key metrics and progress toward targets. Work closely with other team members, including marketing and customer support, to ensure a cohesive approach to sales and customer engagement. Qualification Skill Set: Bachelor s degree in technology, business, Marketing, or Engineering (preferred). Strong verbal and written communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to engage with clients and influence decision-making. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Experience with CRM systems (experience with Kylas Sales CRM is a plus) Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
