Job Title: Sr. Instrumentation Engineer Location: Gandhidham, Gujarat Salary: ₹70,000 per month Experience Required: 5 to 12 Years Company Type: Limited Company Perks: Free Company Transport Job Description: A reputed limited company is seeking an experienced Senior Instrumentation Engineer to manage and maintain industrial instrumentation systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and hands-on experience in installation, calibration, troubleshooting, and maintenance of instruments used in manufacturing or process industries. Key Responsibilities: Maintenance and calibration of process instruments (pressure, temperature, flow, level, etc.). Install and commission instrumentation systems and PLC-based control systems. Troubleshoot issues related to sensors, transmitters, analyzers, and control valves. Support DCS/PLC/SCADA systems and ensure smooth functioning of automated systems. Coordinate with the electrical and production departments for seamless operations. Maintain records of instrument calibration and maintenance schedules. Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards. Key Skills & Competencies: Strong knowledge of PLCs, SCADA, and DCS systems (Siemens, Allen Bradley, etc.). Proficient in reading and interpreting P&ID and instrument loop diagrams. Sound understanding of industrial automation and control systems. Analytical mindset and strong problem-solving skills. Good communication and teamwork abilities. Eligibility Criteria: Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Instrumentation or Electronics Engineering. 5 to 12 years of relevant experience in process or manufacturing industries. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in large-scale industrial setups.
