Interested candidates, kindly mail to enpcareers.hr@ril.com Main Purpose: To execute KGD6 subsea Intervention/ Maintain subsea Hardware, ROV Tooling & Operational Spares with the objective of Safely & Timely Execution of Subsea Intervention to minimize production down time, Maintenance of Subsea Hardware / ROV Tooling & Operational Spares to keep up the availability during need & ensure all work is carried out in accordance with HSEQ objectives & Company’s requirement. Job Accountabilities: Subsea H&I, ROV Tooling, SAFOP of SPS, HOTO of SPS Subsea Intervention jobs safely from MSV, to manage & fulfil requirement for Subsea OIMR by minimizing prod/equipment down time Intervention SOP/SIT/FAT/SRT/SAT & ensuring its correctness to drive the efforts to develop a quality documents incorporating the LL from intervention/ installation HAZID/HAZOP/RA for all H&I jobs HOTO the subsea assets to & from D&C in safe manner Close out - LL, FAR, Audit points & NCRs MOC/Safety review of the Procedure & implementation of MOC Making available the ROV Operated Valve matrix to Subsea operation & co-ordinate with team to deliver the final efforts to excellent valve operations. Movement of ROV operated Valve & Trouble shooting in the field / adherence to PTW/MOC Status of Intervention Tools conditions & availability of spares Identifying HAZOP in relation to SPS Operability of SPS, pre-commissioning, Commissioning & start up Coordinate & manage OEM for refurbishment, testing & operations with the SPS SPS, H&I related contracts – Procurement, Refurbishment, MSV interface, PM, IMR. SOW of H&I / SPS / ROV System Requirement Coordinate/manage/review of documentation, Performing HAZOP/HAZID/Study for in-house project, FEED & Detail Engineering / brown field project Competencies/training required for the team members, perform CBA to identify & closing gaps for each team member. Skills Required: Proven broad range of exp. in Eng. & Mgmt. & Installation/development of SPS Proven exp. in developing & managing/coordinating contracts for Subsea division, installation of subsea components Proven exp. in MSV working, Subsea intervention & ROV activities, managing consultants & contractors, co-ordinating teams Demonstrated drive & commitment to maintenance of schedule, cost, quality & safety without compromise Strong Knowledge of SPS, refurbishments, Intervention requirement & QA/QC requirement, industry codes & spec Strong knowledge of subsea H&I systems / MSV Activities, rigid & flexible flow lines, SIT, FAT, SAT, SRT Strong knowledge of interface requirements, subsea/topside interfaces & OEMs ways of working, management of OEMs, SPS testing, refurbishment & offshore jobs Strong ability to identify HAZOP in relation to SPS, manage budgets Experience & Qualification: Bachelor/Master’s Degree in engineering with 15 years of experience in Oil & Gas out of which 5 years in Subsea/Deepwater Maintenance activities.
