Role Overview We seek a visionary Brand Manager to elevate our luxurious brand across digital and offline channels. If youre a strategic thinker passionate about social media and influencer marketing, we want you to help us dazzle the world. What Youll Do 1. Shape Our Brand Craft and execute > Stay ahead of market trends and competitor moves to seize new opportunities. Ensure our brand voice is consistent across all touchpoints. 2. Content & Imagery Visual Style: Oversee the visual style that embodies luxury, including high-contrast imagery, and refined color palettes (such as golds, blacks, and deep hues), with a view of elegant compositions, and product focus. Consistency: Ensure all visual elementsphotography, illustrations, typographyare consistent across all platforms. This includes website design, social media, and print materials. 3. Digital Marketing Collaborate with digital marketing team for impactful digital campaigns: SEO/SEM, email, social media, and more. Analyze and report on digital marketing performance & Social media campaigns. 4. Elevate Offline Presence Design and deliver compelling offline marketing initiatives: TV, OTT, OOH, print, events, and partnerships. Enhance our in-store presence with retail partners. 5. Own Social Media Oversee content creation and strategy for all social platforms. Launch and monitor innovative social media campaigns to grow our community. Cultivate relationships with influencers and brand ambassadors. 6. Champion Influencer Marketing Identify and collaborate with influencers to amplify our brand. Measure and report on the impact of influencer campaigns. Work with 7. Analyze and Optimize Drive consumer research for the organization and derive actionable business insights. Use data to drive decisions and optimize marketing efforts. Present insights on brand performance and campaign ROI. 8. Lead the Team Inspire and guide the marketing team to execute brand strategies. Work cross-functionally with product, sales, and customer service teams. What Were Looking For Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; masters preferred. 6 to 10 years of work experience in brand management with digital and offline marketing expertise Proven track record in social media and influencer marketing. Strong analytical skills and familiarity with marketing analytics tools. Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities. Creative, strategic thinker with a passion for brand building. Thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
