Medanta is constantly growing and has also ventured in Retail vertical through Diagnostics (Laboratory Services) and Pharmacies. We also have also launched homecare services. Responsibilities : Oversee the design, Procurement, and construction of electrical infrastructure in Hospital , medical college & residential projects. Ensure all electrical systems comply with safety standards and regulatory requirements. Review the specifications & BOQ’s prepared by MEP consultants for floating tenders Develop and manage project plans, budgets, and timelines. Collaborate with other departments to coordinate project efforts. Evaluate new technologies and systems to enhance infrastructure efficiency. Prepare and present reports on project progress Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field. M.Tech in Construction Management from NICMAR/IIT’s is desirable. 15+ years of experience in Hospitals, Medical colleges, residential & commercial projects. Must have done minimum 3 Hospital projects of 400 to 500 Beds capacity. Must have experience in 66KV/11KV GIS substation, 33KV/11KV substation, 11KV/440 V substation. Must have experience in installation of HVAC, STP, WTP & ETP. Building Management system of any Commercial buildings /hospitals Knowledge of MGPS, PTS, CSSD, MOT’s, Kitchens, Laundry Must have good knowledge of Fire protection system , Plumbing Solar Power and Solar water heating System for Building Excellent project management skills. Ability to work collaboratively across departments. Effective communication and presentation skills.
