Job Description

Job Title: Senior Manager - Service Sales, Digital Power Job Description: Seeking a results-driven sales professional with 7-12 years of experience in Field Services Sales. The role involves business development, account management, and partner collaboration, focusing on selling service solutions like modernization, upgradation, recurring services, and spare parts. Experience in Digital Power solutions (APFC Panels, Capacitors, Harmonic Filters) is a plus. Reports to the Regional Sales Head South. Key Responsibilities: Drive new business through prospecting, qualifying, and closing deals. Sell service offerings using consultative-selling skills. Manage client relationships and sales processes. Work with Authorized Service Centers and develop new channels. Conduct sales presentations and track customer information. Desired Skills & Qualifications: Proven sales record in Medium/Low Voltage Equipment or Electrical Distribution. Bachelor's/Diploma in Electrical Engineering; MBA preferred. Strong analytical, presentation, and communication skills. Self-motivated and able to multitask independently or in a team. Travel: Extensive travel required for customer and partner meetings.
