Job Description Responsible for Revision or implementation Immigration/relocation Policies as applicable and end to end immigration and mobility support to business. This is a tactical role which contributes to defining the direction of the operating plans based on the business strategy, with an impact on day-to-day management of business operations keeping in mind the country specific Statutory/immigration compliances. Responsibilities Support all Business visa requirements with due diligence of permissible activities and duration of travel aligned to immigration compliance.Manage-to-e assignment lifecycleAdvisory to stakeholders on immigration landscapeConsulate/Embassy connectsImmigration attorney managementMobility Tool & Global assignment automationInvoice ManagementDeveloping and co-ordinating procedures to improve the cost efficiency to drive cost management activities and savings.Duty of Care Desired Skill sets Well-versed in Business Travel Compliance & Assignee managementIn depth knowledge of Immigration requirements for Australia, UK, EU. US, Canada, Apac & Mena regionsDeep understanding of service orientation and quality focus, Facilitation skills, project management skills, project implementation and monitoring of dynamic changes in Immigration and Mobility space across geos.Sound understanding of Global Mobility trends & changes.Ability to collaborate and build strong relationships with Cross functional teams in C & B, RHR, BHR, Tax, HRSS and related teamsAbility to establish connects with Embassy/Consulate/Govt Offices to garner support as applicableCustomer centric approach and business enablementVendor/Partner management
