Develop product launch strategies and promotional tools. Sales Management: Achieve annual sales and margin targets. Drive market initiatives to achieve sales goals. Provide input into pricing policy to ensure margin achievement. Implement strategies to gain market share in low-share segments. Competition Fighting: Track competition activities and develop counter-strategies. Identify product development opportunities based on competition analysis. Marketing Support Activities: Develop promotional tools and training materials. Conduct training and engagement programs for sales teams and customers. Participate in relevant exhibitions and seminars. Update technical content for the website and trade magazines. Technical Services: Ensure adherence to annual and monthly business development and technical service plans. Key Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills.
