Arsenius Skill Capital is hiring - Sr Manager - Legal Non Litigation (Real Estate) Location: Mumbai Requisite: Law graduate from a premier institute (preferably National Law Universities). Prior exposure to Real Estate Non Litigation Mandatory Candidates with non-litigation profiles are required only. Experience: 8 to 10 years. Sound Knowledge of RERA Proficient in drafting of MOUs, Term Sheets, Agreements, Commercial Contracts, Agreement to Sell, Conveyance Deeds, Notices, Security Documents and other transaction documents. Hands on with creation of a legal document / templates in line with the requirement laid down by the Management. Ability to review and comment on the title due diligence. Must have a clear understanding of the commercials that are generally part of any real estate transaction.
