Client & Consultant AcquisitionIdentify and acquire new clients and consultants in the regionSales PlanningPrepare short- and long-term sales plans aligned with business goalsCustomer Relationship ManagementManage and nurture key customer relationships and accountsDealer DevelopmentStrengthen relationships with existing dealers and appoint new ones as neededRevenue AchievementConsistently meet or exceed assigned revenue and growth targetsReferral GenerationLeverage existing clients for referrals to build a stronger sales pipelineSales Funnel ManagementProactively identify new opportunities to expand the sales pipelineBrand PromotionLead regional seminars, webinars, and participate in trade exhibitionsCustomer SupportEnsure high customer satisfaction through strong pre- and post-sales supportReporting & OperationsMaintain accurate records of activities, forecasts, and reports as requiredB.E. / B.Tech in Engineering orMBA in Sales / Marketing or related fieldsMinimum 6-10 years of experience in Sales, preferably in Commercial Refrigeration, HVAC, or allied industriesExcellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
