Compliance: Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal policies. Keep abreast of changes in regulations affecting the gaming and entertainment industry. 9. Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments, including marketing, sales, and technology, to drive cohesive operations. Participate in strategic planning sessions with cross-functional teams. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, or IHM/BHM years of experience in operations management, preferably within the gaming & entertainment industry/Hospitality Industry Proven track record of leading successful operational teams and initiatives. Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
