About the Role SkillTyro is looking for a Senior Manager Performance Marketing to lead our digital acquisition and conversion efforts. This role requires a strategic thinker with hands-on expertise in managing large-scale paid campaigns. The ideal candidate is a self-starter, data-driven, and passionate about performance marketing. Prior experience in the Healthcare or Education sector will be an added advantage. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute data-driven performance marketing strategies across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and programmatic platforms. Own the end-to-end performance funnel , from lead generation to conversion, ensuring cost efficiency and ROI optimization. Optimize campaigns through A/B testing, bid adjustments, audience segmentation, and ad creative iterations. Track, analyze, and report key performance metrics using Google Analytics, GA4, Looker, or other BI tools. Work with design, content, and product teams to create compelling ad creatives, landing pages, and conversion-focused copy. Drive marketing automation and CRM integrations to enhance lead nurturing and funnel optimization. Stay up-to-date with AI-driven marketing trends, ad platform changes, and competitor strategies. Manage budgets and forecast spend vs. performance outcomes. Preferred Skills & Qualifications 5-8 years of experience in performance marketing, digital acquisition, and conversion optimization. Prior experience in EdTech, Healthcare, or SaaS-based industries is a strong plus. Strong proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads, Programmatic Advertising, and LinkedIn Ads. Working knowledge of AI-driven ad automation, chatbot funnels, and predictive analytics tools. Advanced analytical skills with expertise in Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and Data Studio. Experience with marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Marketo, or equivalent) is a plus. Leadership experience with the ability to mentor, coach, and build high-performing teams. Highly self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
