Key Responsibilities: Business and category planning Annual Operating Plan (Revenue, Margin, Discounts, etc. Monthly Operating Plans Revenue growth plan for category and brand P&L planning & ownership at category, brand level Range, Assortment and OTB Planning Assortment Planning Data Analysis, Insights Generation, Options Planning (Width, Depth) OTB Planning at brand-category level, season planning Range level planning support bets sizing, inventory planning Competition / Market Analysis Sales and Inventory Management Planning for the inventory flow / DOH for entire category Category Health Management – STRs, DOH, Ageing, Portfolio Mix of Bestsellers / Fashion; Review and Course Corrections Monthly Sales planning and execution P&L metrics & other business metrics (KPI) tracking Team / Stakeholder Management - Working closely with buying, sourcing, brand, sales, logistic & supply chain and planning teams for delivery of business plans Projects– Driving key initiatives / projects for category growth and profitability improvement across supply chain, planning, sales, etc. Process Improvement across the value chain Must Haves: Revenue Forecasting & Sales/Category Management Range/Assortment plan building & Inventory Management Reporting & KPI Management Data analytical skills and forecasting 8+ Years of Experience in Private label/Category Management: Fashion Buying, Planning and Inventory Management preferably in ecommerce Nice to have: Prior experience in Ecommerce Category Management Proven experience in Leading team in fast paced environment Key Competencies: Business Analysis & Strategic Thinking Forecasting Execution excellence Eye for Fashion Trends Cross Functional Stakeholder Management Skills Team Management
