Role & responsibilities We are looking for a strategic and hands-on Senior Marcomm Executive with 4+ years of experience to drive our brand communications in the dynamic automobile industry. You will be responsible for developing integrated strategies that elevate our brand across digital, print, media, and internal platforms. The ideal candidate brings strong storytelling skills, a pulse on industry trends, and a proven ability to manage SEO-focused content and cross-channel campaigns. Our Current Suite of Products Includes, but is not limited to: Front Collision Warning System (FCWS) Sleep Driver Alert System Driver Monitoring System Driver Evaluation and Authentication Sector : Smart Technology for the Automotive Industry; Level 1-3 Autonomous Driving: ADAS/ARAS Advanced Driver/(Rider) Assistance Systems(ADAS); Automotive Safety Systems Background : The Start-up is backed by a $500Mn Group which is a leading automotive systems manufacturer for global OEMs. The Group has 29 manufacturing facilities in 7 states across India and a workforce of over 15,000 people Job Profile : We are seeking a candidate with a strong understanding of the latest digital marketing trends and best practices, with a focus on driving business results through data-driven decision making. She/he should have proven track record in social media management, content creation, SEO, SEM, social media strategy Preferred candidate profile Develop and execute a unified marketing communications strategy aligned with brand and business goals. Craft clear, compelling messaging for all communication channels from digital campaigns to PR and internal comms. Drive SEO-focused content initiatives to improve online visibility and organic growth. Manage media relations, including writing and distributing press releases, coordinating with PR agencies, and securing earned media coverage. Ensure consistency in brand voice and messaging across all touchpoints. Collaborate with internal teams (product, content, social, design, etc.) to execute integrated campaigns. Support product launches, new initiatives, and executive communications. Monitor campaign effectiveness using key metrics and optimize based on insights. Stay current with automotive trends, competitor messaging, and consumer insights. Perks and benefits 4+ years of experience in marketing communications, PR, or related roles. Proven experience in the automobile industry (OEM, dealership, auto-tech, or mobility sectors). Strong writing, editing, and messaging skills with an eye for detail. Deep understanding of SEO principles and digital content strategy. Experience managing internal and external stakeholders, including agencies and media. Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities. Ways to stand out from the crowd: Prior an early-stage start-up. Experience in LinkedIn Profile management. Experience in B2B business Models. Developing Engaging Content for website and social media. Interest in Automobile Sector.
