Job Title: Senior Marketing Executive Location: Noida (On-site) Salary: Up to ₹50,000 per month Employment Type: Full-Time About the Role: We are looking for an experienced and driven Senior Marketing Executive to join our team in Noida . The ideal candidate will play a key role in planning and executing marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and business growth. This position requires a strong understanding of both digital and traditional marketing channels, as well as excellent communication and leadership skills. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement marketing campaigns across various platforms (digital, print, events, etc.). Manage social media strategy, content creation, and performance analytics. Coordinate with design, sales, and product teams to align marketing goals. Monitor competitor activities and identify new market trends. Plan and execute promotional activities and campaigns to boost brand visibility. Track marketing performance metrics and report ROI. Lead and mentor junior marketing staff when needed. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (mandatory). Minimum 3 years of proven experience in marketing (digital and/or offline). Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills . Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, social media platforms, and MS Office.
