Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Oversee day-to-day administrative and facility operations of the office Manage office supplies, stationery, inventory, and maintenance of office equipment Coordinate with vendors and service providers for AMC, housekeeping, security, courier, etc. Supervise housekeeping and support staff to ensure cleanliness and discipline Maintain records of office expenses, petty cash, and budget tracking Organize office meetings, travel arrangements, accommodation, and event logistics Manage internal documentation, filing systems, and correspondence Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and administrative policies Assist HR or Accounts teams in onboarding logistics and asset allocation Handle utility bill payments, repair works, and general upkeep of premises Maintain access control, ID cards, parking, and visitor management systems
