In this key role, you will be responsible for lead generation through paid media campaigns and increasing awareness in our organic social media channels. These exciting tasks await you: Lead generation via LinkedIn: Develop and implement effective lead generation strategies via LinkedIn to identify and attract potential customers. Campaign Development: Develop customized marketing campaigns tailored to the specific needs and preferences of the German/European market. Campaign Management / Paid Ads: Plan, create and manage paid advertising campaigns on various platforms (LinkedIn, Google, Bing) with a focus on the German market. Search Engine Advertising (SEA) / Search Engine Optimization (SEO): Drive search engine advertising and optimization initiatives to improve brand visibility in search results. Organic Social Media Postings: Create engaging content for our social media channels that drive organic interactions and strengthen brand presence. Make sure to reflect the company values and goals in the posts. Social media lead reporting: Analyze the performance of social media campaigns and monitor the social media budget to evaluate and optimize lead generation strategies where necessary. Corporate Influencer Program: Develop and maintain relationships with colleagues who can authentically represent the corporate brand. You will be responsible for identifying suitable influencers and coordinating joint projects and content. Your profile: Completed studies in the field of marketing communication or equivalent training Experience in an international corporate environment and in working with various experts outside of marketing Several years of experience in online marketing business fluent German and English required Certification in digital marketing is an advantage Analytical thinking and a structured approach You are communicative and enjoy working in a team
