Job Description

We are seeking a Senior PPC Specialist to lead our paid search strategy, optimize ad performance, and drive measurable growth. This role is ideal for an expert in Google Ads, GA4, and Google Tag Manager (GTM) who thrives on data-driven decision-making and is passionate about maximizing ROI. You will work closely with our marketing, analytics, and website development teams to set up advanced tracking, execute high-performing campaigns, and contribute to successful product launches. Responsibilities Google Ads Strategy & Execution Develop, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, YouTube, Shopping, and Performance Max. Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and bid strategy development to maximize conversions and minimize costs. Create and test compelling ad copy, extensions, and landing pages to improve engagement and quality scores. Oversee product launch campaigns , ensuring proper setup, execution, and performance tracking. Analytics, Tracking & Optimization Expertly use GA4 to analyze user behavior, measure ad effectiveness, and generate actionable insights. Work with the website development team to implement and test Google Tag Manager (GTM) for proper event tracking and conversion tracking. Continuously optimize campaigns through A/B testing, audience targeting, and bid adjustments . Generate detailed performance reports , providing insights and recommendations for improvement. Collaboration & Growth Partner with SEO, content, and creative teams to ensure alignment between organic and paid strategies. Stay ahead of Google Ads trends, algorithm changes, and new features , implementing best practices to maintain a competitive edge. Manage ad budgets effectively , ensuring efficient spend allocation and high ROAS. Qualifications 5+ years of hands-on experience managing high-budget Google Ads campaigns. Proven track record of successful product launches and campaign optimizations. Deep expertise in GA4, Google Tag Manager (setup & testing), Looker Studio, and conversion tracking . Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision-making and KPI optimization. Familiarity with landing page best practices and CRO (conversion rate optimization) . Experience with other PPC platforms (Meta, LinkedIn, Bing) is a plus . Additional Skills : Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Decision Making Skills Strong Analytical Skills Google Ads Certification (preferred but not mandatory).
