Sr. Product Engineer / Associate Technical Leader - Mechanical (Engine testing, calibration, Data Analysis skills) We are seeking a highly experienced and analytical Sr. Product Engineer / Associate Technical Leader - Mechanical with 5 to 8 years of experience. This critical role focuses on engine testing, calibration, DVP (Design Validation Plan), validation, and functional trials for engine systems. Your primary responsibilities will include planning and executing rigorous engine tests on test beds and in test cells to evaluate performance, emissions, and durability characteristics. You will be responsible for developing and implementing engine calibration strategies to optimize fuel efficiency, power output, and emission compliance across various operating conditions. A significant portion of this role involves extensive data analysis of test results, identifying trends, anomalies, and areas for improvement. You will use specialized software and analytical tools to interpret complex engine data and derive actionable insights. Furthermore, this position requires active connection and collaboration with external regulatory bodies like ARAI, ensuring that our engine designs and calibrations meet all necessary standards and certifications. Strong global interaction capabilities are essential, as you will be working with international teams and clients, necessitating excellent communication and cultural understanding to achieve shared compliance and performance goals. You will also contribute to troubleshooting engine-related issues and proposing effective solutions.
