Sr. Project Engineer - Design (Genset - Sheetmetal skills using Creo) We are seeking a highly experienced Sr. Project Engineer - Design with 4 to 8 years of experience, specializing in Genset (Generator Set) design, with strong sheet metal skills using Creo. In this role, you will be responsible for creating detailed and complex sheet metal designs for various components and enclosures of generator sets. Your primary responsibilities will include utilizing Creo to develop precise 3D models of sheet metal parts, including enclosures, brackets, panels, and structural elements. You will be proficient in creating flat patterns, managing bend allowances, and designing features suitable for sheet metal fabrication processes such as laser cutting, punching, and bending. This position requires a deep understanding of sheet metal manufacturing techniques to ensure designs are optimized for manufacturability, cost-effectiveness, and assembly. You will collaborate closely with electrical engineers, mechanical engineers, and manufacturing teams to ensure seamless integration of sheet metal components within the overall genset assembly. Your attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and ability to contribute innovative solutions to complex design challenges will be crucial in delivering high-quality genset products.
