Kannada language is Mandatory Job Responsibilities: Languages Lead and manage multiple GIS projects focused on 2D and 3D data production, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Develop detailed project plans, including scope, schedules, resource allocation, and risk management strategies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including technical experts, designers, and data analysts, to ensure successful project execution and delivery. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates on project status and addressing any issues or concerns. Monitor project performance and implement necessary adjustments to meet objectives and optimize resource utilization. Conduct project reviews and post-project evaluations to identify lessons learned and improve future project performance. Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in GIS production, promoting innovation and efficiency within the team. Mentor and guide project team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment. Qualifications & Experience: Minimum 12-20 years of experience in project management within the GIS domain, with a focus on 2D and 3D production processes. Masters degree in Geoinformatics, GIS, Remote Sensing, or a related field. Relevant project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus. Required skills: In-depth knowledge of GIS principles, 2D and 3D data production techniques, and relevant software (e.g., ArcGIS, QGIS). Proven experience in project management, with a strong track record of successfully delivering complex GIS projects. Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide diverse teams. Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder engagement and client relationship management. Kannada language is mandatory, can speak and write. Preferred Skills: Familiarity with Agile or other project management methodologies. Experience with budget management and financial forecasting for projects.
