Role Description This is a full-time on-site Sr. Recruiter role located in Gurugram. The Sr. Recruiter will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end recruitment process, sourcing and screening candidates, managing the candidate experience, and collaborating with hiring managers to fulfill staffing needs. The Sr. Recruiter will also be involved in employer branding activities and improving recruitment strategies. Qualifications Recruitment and Talent Acquisition skills Experience in sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates Knowledge of recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities Experience in the Engineering, Procurement, and Construction industry is a plus Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field Show more Show less
