Armakuni is looking to hire an excellent recruitment and talent acquisition executive to contribute to the next phase of growth of the company. Role and Responsibilities Source candidates through various channels. Mainly through the Naukri platform and Linkedin. Do targeted headhunting for selected profiles through Linkedin and Emails Engage with the developer community on Linkedin Screen candidates with a comprehensive questionnaire Process candidates by following a strictly defined recruitment process. Coordinate with the recruitment manager and interviewer to speed up candidate processing. Qualification At least 4 years of experience in recruitment with a minimum of 2 year in hiring developer positions. Very good understanding of different developer profiles related to web, mobile, and cloud development. Ability to understand the various background and environments a candidate comes from. Excellent effective communication and convincing skills. Ability to work as an individual contributor and a team player at the same time.
