Job Description

Responsibilities Representing the company at conferences, events, and networking meets, including stall setups. Traveling across cities & towns as required to conduct meetings, presentations, and follow-ups with schools. Creating and managing databases of schools, channel partners, and relevant contacts. Conducting impactful product presentation meetings with school owners, directors, principals, and HODs. Developing and delivering business proposals for school clients. Contributing & leading negotiations and deal closures to maximize revenue and profitability. Creating, sending, and tracking service agreements for finalized school deals to ensure compliance and completion along with Sales Associate. Following up on closed deals to ensure timely payments and proper documentation. Maintaining long-term client relationships through consistent follow-ups, meet-ups, and added value (e.g., freebies or updates). Tracking, monitoring, and reporting all sales and marketing data to Sales Lead for informed decision-making. Contributing to the design, execution, and progress reporting of the sales and marketing plan for the company\u2019s programs, products, and services. Contributing in setting and ensuring the achievement of sales goals and targets for each offerings. Training, and coaching team members to align with sales objectives and targets (if need be). Contributing to building partnerships with channel partners, institutions, businesses, and government bodies for strategic collaborations. Responsible for maintaining and managing marketing and promotional data, including the delivery, and storage of related materials to support marketing activities. Brainstorming, managing, and analyzing sales and marketing budgets, reports, and presentations to track performance. Conducting in-depth research and analysis of market data, trends, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities. Ensuring seamless coordination with supporting departments to achieve organizational goals and deliver client satisfaction. Qualification Criteria Graduate/Postgraduate degree in Sales, Marketing, Education Management, Business Development, or a related field. 2+ years of experience in Sales and Marketing within the Education Industry (preferably in Values Education, Life Skills, or Well-Being Programs). Proficient in Excel and presentation tools; CRM experience preferred. Excellent written and spoken English communication skills Ideal Candidate We\u2019re looking for someone who has/is: Established a network of 50+ schools, including school owners, principals, and directors. Strong negotiation and deal-closing skills with key stakeholders. Willingness to travel frequently for meetings and school visits.
