Roles and Responsibilities Develop business relationships with key decision-makers at OEMs /SPms and end customers. Conduct BDM activities to identify new opportunities and grow existing accounts. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve technical issues and ensure timely project execution. Provide product training to customers and distributors. Desired Candidate Profile 6-11 years of experience in industrial automation sales or related field (OEM & End Customer). Bachelor's degree in Any Specialization (B.Tech/B.E.). Strong knowledge of machinery market, good experiences in selling automation products in OEM market. Excellent communication skills for effective relationship building with customers.
