Responsibilities: As a Sr. Sales Engineer, Your Primary responsibility will be to drive the sales of pump, accessories within allocated geographic territory. This Role is target-oriented and includes an incentive linked compensation structure. Key Responsibility include: Sales Target Achievement: Achieve and exceed sales target by proactively identifying and pursuing sales opportunities within the assigned territory. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain Strong and relationship with customers, with a focus on the major customers. Product Knowledge: Develop an in-depth understanding of Kirloskar brothers Limiteds product and services to effectively communicate their features and benefits to customers. Market Analysis: Stay Updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and maintain a competitive edge. Technical Support: Provide technical support to customers by addressing inquiries, offering product recommendation, and troubleshooting issues. Sales reporting: Maintain Detailed records of sales activities, customer interactions and sales related data to provide regular reports to management.
