Sr. Sales Executive

Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven IT Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, closing sales, and building long-term relationships with clients. You will play a key role in expanding our customer base and promoting our IT products and software solutions. Key Responsibilities: Identify and generate new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and online research Understand client needs and provide suitable IT solutions (ERP, mobile applications, etc.) Prepare and deliver presentations and product demos to potential clients Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize revenue Collaborate with technical and marketing teams to ensure client satisfaction Maintain strong relationships with existing clients for repeat business and referrals Keep up-to-date with industry trends, products, and competitors Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in CRM or reporting systems Key Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Marketing, or a related field Proven experience in IT/software sales will be plus Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Strong understanding of IT products and services (CRM, ERP, SaaS, cloud services, etc.) Self-motivated with a results-driven approach Proficient in MS Office and CRM software Ability to travel as needed for client meetings Benefits: Competitive salary + performance-based incentives Opportunity to work with a dynamic and growing team Training and career development support Flexible work environment Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month Benefits: Paid time off Schedule: Day shift Ability to commute/relocate: Panchkula, Haryana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred) Work Location: In person
