Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive located in Ahmedabad . The Sales Executive will be responsible for day-to-day sales activities, including prospecting, lead generation, client meetings, and closing deals. They will work closely with the sales team to achieve sales targets and contribute to the company's growth. Roles & Responsibilities: Generate Sales leads Attend to customers, present project specifications, and address their queries Interact with clients to determine business requirements Maintain potential customer data bank and keep in touch with customers periodically Maintain good relationships with customers and promote product uniqueness Show residential and commercial properties and demonstrate features and benefits Skills Required: Good communication and sales capability with steep learning curve Good persuasion skills, target orientation, and tactfulness Excellent presentation and negotiation skills Proven track record in pre-sales activities Experience in client requirement gathering and solution mapping Qualifications Strong communication and negotiation skills Proven track record in sales and client relationship management Ability to work effectively in a team setting Sales planning and forecasting abilities Knowledge of real estate market trends and developments Excellent customer service skills Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
