Role & responsibilities : We are looking for an experienced and motivated Sr. Sales Executive / Assistant Manager to join our real estate sales team. Candidate should have strong experience in selling villa plots and must confident in field sales. Key Responsibilities : Actively engage in field sales to promote and sell villa plots Arrange and conduct site visits with potential customers Follow up on leads and convert them into successful sales Provide accurate information and guidance to clients regarding project details and legal formalities Maintain daily and weekly sales reports and communicate updates to the management Requirements : 5 to 15 years of experience in real estate sales , preferably in villa plots or residential land Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills Strong client relationship management abilities Must be self-driven and target-oriented Two-wheeler with valid driving license preferred Educational Qualification: Any degree Age Criteria : 25 to 45 years Gender Preference : Male candidates only Salary : Competitive salary + High Incentives based on performance If you're passionate about real estate sales and eager to grow your career in a fast-paced environment, wed love to hear from you!
