The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of achieving sales targets, building, and leading high-performing teams, and establishing strong relationships with clients. This role requires extensive travel, with a commitment of at least 20 days per month. Key Responsibilities : Sales Leadership : Lead and manage the sales team to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth. Work closely with the sales team to achieve or exceed sales targets. (Will have both individual and team targets) Business Development : Identify and pursue new business opportunities, provide strategic partnerships, and expand the company's presence in the market. Client Relationship Management : Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders. Understand client needs and work collaboratively to tailor solutions that meet their specific requirements. Sales Strategy : Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve organizational goals. Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities for accurate decision-making. Team Development : Train, and mentor sales professionals. Foster a high-performance culture that emphasizes teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement. Travel Commitment : Demonstrate a willingness to travel extensively, with a minimum of 20 days per month, to meet with clients, attend industry events, and oversee sales activities in different regions. Reporting : Provide regular/daily and accurate sales reports, forecasts, and updates to Management. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a relevant field. Masters degree is a plus. Proven experience of Min. 10 to 15 years Proven track record of successful sales leadership in the telematics or related industry. Open to Travel. Strong business and strategic skills. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Ability to lead, motivate, and mentor a sales team effectively. Willingness to travel extensively, meeting the specified commitment.
