Roles and Responsibilities 1.Research and recommend prospects for new business opportunities. 2. Research and analyze sales options. 3. Build and maintain relationships with clients and prospects. 4. Stay Updated with current trends and competitors to identify improvements or recommend new products. 5. Collect and analyse information and prepare data and sales reports. 6. Attend workshops to learn more technical and professional skills for the job. 7. Build and maintain professional networks. 8. Create and execute a strategic sales plan that expands customer base. 9. Strive for consultative sales to distinguish market presence by effectively probing and identifying needs and suggesting solutions to help customers. 10. Meet and exceed individual Sales target on Primary and Secondary Cold chain transportation. 11. Manage day to day activity of Vehicle planning, placement, POD collection, receivables etc. 12. Manage and develop the assigned portfolio; secure business and achieve sales objectives within Cold Chain FTL Business. 13. Work closely with Customer Service, Operations, Finance and other related functions to ensure customer needs and coordinate and execute commercial approach in response to customer needs and the market situation. 14. Ensure sales systems and reporting are precise and up to date for management tracking, analysis, and planning. 15. All operational activities should be performed as per GDP guidelines. Requirements: Graduated with a bachelors degree. Minimum 5-8 years experience of sales and operations in Cold Chain Logistic and Services at hyderabad Region.
