Role & responsibilities Preparation of warehousing invoices & challans Preparation of sales and inventory reports. Liaising with customers Maintain accurate records of product listings and descriptions Input customer and transaction details into the company database. Verify data accuracy and correct errors promptly. Organize and maintain physical and digital records. Assist in the preparation of data reports for other departments. Update product information and stock availability. Process customer orders and track shipment data. Report discrepancies in inventory records to the supply chain team. Assist in the preparation of sales and inventory reports. Maintain accurate records of product listings and descriptions. Preferred candidate profile SAP knowledge must Skills Follow company data entry protocols and guidelines. Strong typing skills (minimum 60 WPM). Basic computer proficiency. Attention to detail and organizational skills.
