Job Title: Senior Sales Development Representative (SDR) Location: Bangalore Experience: 2-3 Years (Cold Calling Experience Required, including at least 2 years of US Cold Calling) About the Role Keka is looking to hire a Senior Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our US Sales Development team. This is an exciting opportunity for a results-driven professional with cold calling experience to help us grow our customer base and generate pipeline. As part of the team, youll be responsible for driving key sales activities and contributing to Keka s success through metric-driven outreach and sales development efforts. Key Responsibilities Make a high volume of primary cold calls daily to connect with potential prospects and qualify opportunities. Execute customized email outreach to engage prospects and initiate conversations that align with their needs. Conduct personalized LinkedIn outreach to build relationships with decision-makers and further develop prospects. Contribute to pipeline generation by consistently identifying and qualifying new opportunities to drive growth. Help generate revenue growth by converting qualified leads into opportunities that contribute to Keka s financial success. Ensure that each prospect interaction adds value , creating positive experiences that lead to deeper engagement. Maintain a steady conversion rate from initial contact to qualified meetings , consistently achieving sales goals. Work collaboratively with the sales team to ensure leads transition smoothly from SDR to Account Executive, ensuring all qualified opportunities are successfully handed off. Qualifications & Requirements 2-3 years of experience in Sales Development, specifically in cold calling and outreach. Minimum of 2 years of US cold calling experience, with a strong record of engaging and qualifying prospects. Ability to manage and track high-volume outreach activities (calls, emails, LinkedIn) effectively. Comfortable with CRM tools to track, manage, and report on outreach efforts and results. Strong focus on goal achievement, with an ability to consistently meet or exceed key performance metrics. Strong communication skills for crafting personalized, compelling outreach via email and LinkedIn. Self-motivated, organized, and data-driven with a focus on delivering measurable results. Positive, team-oriented attitude with a strong commitment to creating a collaborative and high-performance environment.
