They should identify and solve architectural gaps and reduce technical debt across teams. - At the Senior level, candidates are expected to have successfully delivered multiple projects from inception to production readiness. They should be directly responsible for one or more cross-team projects. - Solid foundations in computer science, including data structures, algorithms, and system design.
