Role & responsibilities We are looking for a proactive and experienced Stores to lead our inventory management activities. The ideal candidate will also have significant experience in using and implementing ERP systems, with a deep understanding of supply chain management, procurement, and inventory control. This position will be instrumental in driving our ERP implementation efforts for and stores and ensuring a streamlined and efficient supply chain to support our business growth. Job Description: 1. Supervise a team of employees, including training, scheduling, and evaluating performance. 2. Create and maintain a positive work environment, fostering teamwork, motivation, and employee development. 3. Maintain inventory levels, including ordering and replenishing merchandise, conducting regular inventory counts, and managing stock levels effectively. 4. Monitor and enforce store policies, handling procedures, loss prevention measures, and safety protocols. 5. Generate MIS reports like inventory and other key performance indicators to assess store performance and make informed decisions. 6. Check inventory records for accuracy 7. Keep records of items shipped, received, or transferred to another location 8. Find, sort, or move goods between different parts of the business 9. Compile reports on various aspects of changes in production or inventory 10. Lead the implementation of ERP systems for purchase and stores, ensuring seamless integration with other business functions. Manage and negotiate contracts with suppliers, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements. 11. Implement and maintain inventory control systems, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting of inventory levels. 12. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure material availability for production and timely delivery of finished goods to customers. 13. Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor and improve purchasing and inventory management performance. 14. Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements and industry standards. 15. Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing purchase and stores team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Store Executive Required Skills 1. Ability to motivate and inspire a team. 2. Communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with employees. 3. Ability to handle difficult situations professionally and efficiently. 4. Strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. 5. Proficient in inventory management and merchandising techniques. Preferred candidate profile Candidate from Electronics Background with Aerospace industry or semiconductor industry will be more suitable.
