Department: Finance Location: APAC-India Description About this opportunity Sr. Supervisor, AR will report into India Finance Manager and will be responsible foroverseeing the operations and activities related to Align’s accounts receivable for India business. AR operations & Activities includes but not restricted to AR review, AR Collections, resolving payment/invoice issues, guidance to team and working with commercial team. Role expectations In this role, you will… Monthly progress to be set on AR collection & Aging to achieve as per regional guidance. Standardize and streamline AR process which will help the organization in driving collections and customer satisfaction. Meetings with Sales team on AR Overdue balances and mapping the way for speedy collection. Timely action on overdue accounts like credit hold, issuing demand letter. Liaising with financing partner for patient/equipment financing. Resolving invoicing issues, issuing credit notes Quarterly credit limit review and upload in the system. Work on Bad debts provisioning, write offs, if any. Working closely on unapplied cash/on account payments. Mentoring AR collectors’ team for performing AR collections job. Support in statutory audit and GST audit for timely completion of the audits. Liaising with tax consultants for statutory books maintenance. Work with internal/cross functional teams for Align’s process improvements. What We're Looking For In this role, you’ll need … Semi qualified CA with bachelor’s degree in commerce At least 6 -9 years experiences in Finance & accounting Experience in Account receivable management and team handling Hands on experience of SAP, Advanced MS excel & MS Power point Strategic thinking and ‘can do’ spirit Strong verbal and written communication skills in English Demonstrate a high degree of integrity while dealing with complex matters related to finance Agile and flexible to quickly adjust and respond to changing requirements Applicant Privacy Policy Review our Applicant Privacy Policy for additional information.
