Role Purpose: Leads complex system setup and handles the complex problems from system maintenanceKey Accountabilities: Bachelors in Engineering with 5-7 years of experience in system architecture and maintenancePreferred Experience and Qualification: Provide high-level maintenance and update of existing systems to improve functionality and process flow Provide solutions to overcome complex problems in system deployment and maintenance Oversee the maintenance of technical documentation of system technical architecture, code changes, issue resolutions and procedures Exp-5-10 Years Location-Gurgaon Working days- Monday to Friday and Alternate(1st & 3rd) Saturday Job Summary: The Storage and Backup Specialist will be responsible for managing and ensuring the integrity and security of data storage and backup solutions. They will oversee the implementation, maintenance, and support of storage infrastructure, ensuring efficient data accessibility and recovery. Key Responsibilities: - Design and implement robust storage solutions to meet the client's data requirements. - Monitor and manage all installed systems and infrastructure related to storage and backups. - Ensure data redundancy and recovery strategies are in place and effective. - Conduct regular system audits to ensure compliance with industry standards and security policies. - Collaborate with IT teams to ensure seamless integration of storage and backup systems with other IT infrastructure. - Provide technical support and guidance on storage and backup matters. - Stay updated with emerging technologies and advancements in the storage and backup domain. Qualifications: - Proven experience in managing storage and backup environments. - Strong understanding of SAN, NAS, and backup technologies. - Worked on multiple storage such as IBM, HP and multiple backup solution such as Commvault Azure Backup etc. - Familiarity with cloud storage solutions and services. - Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think analytically. - Strong communication and collaboration skills.
