Job Description

The Senior Platform Engineering (SRE) Team is responsible for the 24 x 7 Operations of mission critical infrastructure for Database technologies (RDBMS, No-SQL) at MasterCard. Our team of Engineers are engaged in the Operations escalations to ensure, the stability of the infrastructure meets MasterCard's requirements for speed to market, security, sizing, performance, and resiliency. Data Visualization Understand the requirement Present the dashboard Understand the data structure Key Tasks: Advanced Level of working experience with PostgreSQL, Oracle and or Cassandra Database technologies. Collaborate with Database Subject Matter Experts, Development & Application Support teams to discuss, analyze, or resolve application and usability issues. Document Operations and configuration runbooks. Participate in capacity planning exercises. Participate in the Application's environment troubleshooting efforts as required. Responsible for SRE for Database such as, PostgreSQL, Oracle, OGG, PGD, Cassandra and Linux File-system technologies. Top Skills Splunk - Querys, Dashboard and application creation Grafana dashboard, Prometheus, Data Visualization Open Telemetry, Grafana, Prometheus Dynatrace, Datadog tools are good to have.
