Write and post job descriptions on relevant platforms, especially social media. Craft recruiting emails to attract passive candidates. Monitor key HR metrics, including time to fill , time to hire and source of hire. Participate in job fairs and host in-house recruitment events. Promoting the company s reputation and attractiveness as a good employment opportunity through different medias and activities. Screen incoming resumes and application forms. Interview and assess applicants knowledge, skills, and experience to best suit open positions. Research and implement diverse recruitment strategies to identify and attract top talent from various sources. Maintaining employee records and updating HR databases. Addressing employee relations issues and resolving conflicts. Preparing and presenting HR-related reports to management. Coordinate Employee Engagement activities. Take ownership of managing the company s social media accounts, including LinkedIn, to ensure regular, engaging, and professional updates that align with company goals. Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees. Stay updated on current industry trends and best practices in HR management.
