The ideal candidate will bring strong experience in sourcing, screening, and closing positions across sales, marketing, operations, and tech roles , while managing multiple stakeholders in a high-growth, agile setup. Key Responsibilities 1. End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the complete recruitment life cycle from understanding hiring needs to offer rollout and onboarding. Independently handle mid to senior-level mandates across verticals. 2. Sourcing & Pipeline Management: Proactively source candidates using portals, internal database, referrals, and social media. Build and maintain a talent pipeline for critical roles. 3. Stakeholder Management: Liaise with internal hiring managers to define job requirements and refine sourcing strategies. Provide consultative insights on talent availability, compensation trends, and hiring timelines. 4. Process Optimization: Recommend improvements in hiring tools, processes, and candidate experience. Ensure recruitment KPIs (TAT, sourcing mix, offer-to-joining ratio, etc.) are met or exceeded. 5. Market Mapping & Talent Intelligence: Conduct competitor analysis and talent mapping exercises for niche and leadership roles. Provide market insights to support workforce planning.
